  1. 01Your first saleRing your first sale on the Bitta Retail POS register: unlock with a PIN, add an item, take exact cash, complete the sale and hand over the receipt.
  2. 02Cashier trainingTrain new cashiers on one page: sign in with a PIN, sell, park a sale, give discounts, record cash movements and print the X report, with links to every step.
  3. 03Touch register tourA tour of the touch cash register inside Business Central: item tiles, scan box, cart, totals, sale actions, lock screen and sales history in Bitta Retail POS.
  4. 04Shifts and Z reportsHow shifts work in Bitta Retail POS: the opening float, expected cash, X and Z reports, blind close and over/short, and the steps to open and close a shift.
  5. 05Barcode scanningScan items at a Business Central register with any keyboard-wedge scanner: item references, variants, units of measure, weighed and price-embedded barcodes.
  6. 06Sell item variantsSell sizes and colors at the register from standard Business Central item variants: the variant picker, default and mandatory variants, and blocked variants.
  7. 07Price checkAnswer "how much is this, and is it in stock?" without touching the sale: Price check shows the real price, the quantity total and stock at each location.
  8. 08Split paymentsTake cash with denominations and change due, or split one sale across cash, card, voucher and on-account tenders on the Bitta Retail POS tender screen.
  9. 09Card and QR paymentsHow cashiers use Pay card for Stripe Terminal readers and QR Pay for Stripe QR payments on the tender screen, what a decline shows and where a payment goes.
  10. 10On-account salesCharge a register sale to a customer account after a credit-limit check. The invoice stays open in Business Central receivables until the customer pays.
  11. 11Print and reprint receiptsPrint receipts automatically or on demand, reprint the last or an earlier receipt, open the cash drawer, and recover receipts that failed to print.
  12. 12Gift receiptsPrint a price-free gift receipt for the last sale or an earlier one, see what the gift copy leaves out, and use it to find the original sale for a return.
  13. 13Park and resumePark a basket while a customer fetches a forgotten item, serve the next customer, then resume the parked sale exactly as you left it. Two baskets never mix.
  14. 14Give discountsGive line and whole-sale discounts and override prices within each cashier's limit. Larger changes need a supervisor PIN, and each one records who approved it.
  15. 15Loyalty at checkoutFind or create a customer at the register, enroll them in a loyalty program, show their balance, and let them earn and redeem rewards during checkout.
  16. 16Pay-ins and pay-outsRecord pay-ins, pay-outs, safe drops and No Sale drawer openings with reason codes. Each one updates the shift's expected cash and stays in the audit trail.
  17. 17Returns and refundsHow returns work in Bitta Retail POS: who can process them, how a return is matched to the original receipt and tenders, and how it reaches Business Central.
  18. 18Supervisor approvalsWhat supervisors handle at the register: approve over-limit discounts and price overrides with a PIN, and review card payments and prints that need attention.
