Licensing & CSP

Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider for Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 — right-sized, bundled, and on one monthly invoice.

Office workspace with documents and planning materials

Under the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program, Bitta Apps licenses and supports Microsoft cloud products directly. You pay Microsoft's published list rate — Business Central Essentials at $80 per user/month, Premium at $110, Team Members at $8 — on one consolidated monthly invoice. You also get a single point of escalation and a team that understands both your licenses and how you actually use them. We help businesses right-size their licenses, bundle what makes sense, and transition cleanly from Microsoft direct or another partner.

Why license through a CSP partner?

01

One invoice, one partner

Consolidate Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 licensing onto a single monthly Bitta Apps invoice — no more juggling renewals across vendors.

02

License sizing consultation

We map roles to Business Central Essentials, Premium, Team Members, and Device licenses — and the same for Microsoft 365 — so you buy what you need and not what you don't.

03

Pre-shaped bundles

Bundles pairing Business Central with Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Power BI Pro, and Power Automate — tuned for common North American business profiles.

04

Transition from Microsoft direct

Move existing Business Central, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365 subscriptions from direct Microsoft billing into CSP with no downtime and no data migration.

05

Transition from another partner

Clean hand-off from an existing CSP partner — we coordinate the transition window and validate nothing lapses.

06

Advisory on mix & renewal

Annual license review ahead of renewal — surface unused seats, upgrade/downgrade candidates, and opportunities to consolidate.

Frequently asked

Which Business Central license tier do we need?+

Essentials at $80 per user/month covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and projects; Premium at $110 adds manufacturing and service management; Team Members at $8 covers approvals and light tasks. All full users in a tenant must be on the same tier, so one Premium requirement moves everyone — the decision matters more than it looks. We map every role to a tier as part of the sizing proposal. Can you take over our existing Microsoft agreement?+

Yes. We can transition Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 subscriptions from Microsoft direct or from another CSP partner. Subscriptions move without data loss — same tenant, same users, same licenses — just new billing and support relationship.

Do you bill monthly or annually?+

Both are supported. Monthly commitment offers flexibility as headcount changes; annual commitment offers a lower rate. We'll lay out the trade-offs for your situation in the sizing proposal.

What support is included?+

CSP customers get direct access to Bitta Apps for license-level issues — adding seats, billing questions, tenant-level Microsoft escalations — as part of the partnership. Break/fix on Business Central itself is handled under the Support service.

Can we license through you without using your implementation services?+

Yes. Licensing-only CSP relationships are welcome. Many customers start with CSP and bring us in for implementation or AL work later.
