// pricing
What you pay, and how.
Bitta Apps prices in three layers: Microsoft licenses at Microsoft's published list rates on one monthly CSP invoice, project work on fixed-scope proposals quoted after a discovery call, and ongoing support on a monthly retainer sized in hours.
We don't publish a service hourly rate — every project dollar figure lives inside a written proposal, so the scope and the price arrive together. And they arrive fast: a written fixed-price proposal within five business days of discovery.
// licenses
Per-user, per-month. Microsoft sets list pricing; CSP gives you one bundled invoice with M365 + Power Platform when needed.
// project work
Implementation, AL, integrations: fixed-scope, fixed-price. Written proposal in five business days after a discovery call.
// retainers
Support: from 5 hours per month, scaling by tier. SLAs and rate set in your retainer agreement. No long-term lock-in.

Pricing questions, answered
What does a typical Business Central implementation cost?+
It depends on five inputs: user count, the system you're coming from, data-migration depth, integration count, and customization appetite. Rather than publish a number that won't survive contact with your actual scope, our senior delivery team runs a discovery call and sends a written fixed-price proposal — so the scope and the price arrive together, and the price holds. The full tier structure behind every quote is on our How pricing works page.
What happens if scope grows mid-project?+
It becomes an explicit, written change order — what surfaced, why, and the impact on hours and price. Your team approves or rejects it in one click from email, the decision is recorded, and rejected work simply doesn't happen. Nothing is ever billed outside an approved scope; the fixed price stands.
How does Business Central license billing work?+
You pay Microsoft's published list rates — Business Central Essentials at $80, Premium at $110, and Team Members at $8 per user per month. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we deliver those licenses on one consolidated monthly invoice — bundled with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform where it makes sense — and help you right-size seats before you sign.
What do retainer hours cover?+
The steady-state work of running Business Central: break/fix, small enhancements, configuration changes, integration monitoring, and senior advisory. Larger items graduate into their own fixed-scope proposals instead of quietly consuming retainer hours, and unused hours roll over subject to your tier terms.
How fast will we get a number?+
A written fixed-price proposal within five business days of the discovery call — milestones, deliverables, and the price. If something can't be priced fixed yet, we say so and tell you exactly what would make it priceable.
Can we start small before committing to a full project?+
Yes — two fixed-fee entry points, both quoted in writing before any work begins. The Business Central Health Check: a senior developer from our team reviews your tenant, extensions, and performance, and delivers written findings plus a prioritized roadmap in 10 business days with a PM-run readout. The QuickBooks-to-BC Migration Assessment: a current-state review, a data-migration map, and a fixed-price migration proposal you can act on.
Do you offer hourly billing?+
Project work is fixed-scope, fixed-price — that's deliberate, because it puts the estimation risk on us instead of you. For existing Business Central tenants, AL development is also available as block-hour packages (40h / 80h / 120h) or fixed-scope sprints, and ongoing support runs on monthly retainers sized in hours. The rates for both are set in your written agreement, not on a public rate card.
