Business Central for Distributors
Replace the patchwork of QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and a tired warehouse system with one ERP that knows where your inventory is, what it costs, and when it ships.
What we hear from distributors
Inventory you can't trust
Counts drift between the warehouse system and the GL. Cycle counts surface variances every month and nobody can explain them.
Multi-warehouse blind spots
Stock at the second location takes a phone call to confirm. Transfers post late or not at all, and reorder points lag real demand.
Margin guesswork
Landed cost is approximated. Vendor rebates live in spreadsheets. Sales reps quote off stale price lists.
After Business Central is live
Real-time inventory across locations
Bin-level visibility, transfer orders, and ATP that reflects what's actually picked, not what was on hand at midnight.
Landed cost done right
Item charges, freight, duty, and brokerage allocated to the right cost layer — so margin reports tell the truth.
Tighter cash conversion
Drop-ship workflows, EDI 850/810/856 with key trading partners, and aged-AR dashboards your CFO actually looks at.
Frequently asked
How long does an implementation take?+
Typical go-live is 8–16 weeks depending on scope, integrations, and data complexity. We commit to a firm date in the proposal and deliver to a fixed scope.
Do you resell Microsoft licenses?+
Yes. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we license Business Central and Microsoft 365 directly. License sizing is part of every implementation engagement.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes — we deliver remotely across the US and Canada. On-site visits are available for go-live or key milestones if needed.
What about ongoing support after go-live?+
Every implementation includes 30 days of hypercare. After that, ongoing support is available on a monthly retainer with SLAs and a senior delivery team.
