Bring in your items and cashiers
Map POS items to the Business Central items you already sell, give each cashier a POS user and PIN, and choose the tenders each register accepts. Prices come from the standard Business Central price calculation and barcodes from Item References.

Receipts, gift receipts, item labels and kitchen tickets print through browser, PrintNode, Business Central printers, USB or LAN printers. Kitchen routes send items to stations, and web serial scales weigh items.

The POS Report Center opens reconciliation, tax, settlement, returns, audit and loyalty reports, and the POS Analytics pages compute sales, tender and cash figures inside Business Central.

Does Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central have a built-in POS?
No. Business Central has no point of sale of its own. Bitta Retail POS adds a touch register that runs inside Business Central, so sales post to your ledger without a separate POS database or middleware.
How much does Bitta Retail POS cost?
$29 per Business Central user per month through Microsoft Marketplace, or directly from Bitta Apps with an activation code. Both routes share one 30-day trial.
Is Bitta Retail POS the same app as Mini POS?
Yes. Mini POS was renamed Bitta Retail POS. Old Mini POS guide links redirect to this page and its guide.
Can it keep selling without an internet connection?
No. Bitta Retail POS is online only and needs a connection to Business Central. If your stores must keep selling through an internet outage, tell us during the demo.
Is it an alternative to a full retail suite such as LS Central?
Bitta Retail POS is for stores that want a register inside Business Central without a separate retail suite: it uses standard Business Central items, prices, tax and sales documents and is priced per user. It has no offline mode, restaurant table service or gift cards, so check those needs first.
Do I need a print server for receipts?
No. Receipts print through PrintNode, a Business Central printer, a USB receipt printer in Chrome or Edge, or an Epson ePOS-Print or Star WebPRNT network printer. With automatic printing off, the browser print dialog works too.
Does it support multiple stores and registers?
Yes. Stores, terminals and POS users are set up in one Business Central company, register profiles switch features per store and terminal, and End of Day groups sales by store and terminal.
Does it include customer loyalty?
Yes. Points, visit stamps, tiers and cashback programs with earn and redeem rules, value and item rewards, expiry and loyalty reports.
