Business Central for Manufacturing
Bill of materials, routing, capacity planning, and shop floor control that connect your production lines directly to your ledger.
What we hear from manufacturers
Disjointed shop floor operations
Production orders are tracked on whiteboards or complex Excel sheets. Costs aren't updated until the month is already closed.
Inaccurate capacity planning
Machine centers and work centers are perpetually overloaded because scheduling lacks real-time data on material availability.
Opaque production costs
Scrap, rework, and outside processing overhead aren't properly captured, meaning true gross margins remain a mystery.
After Business Central is live
Integrated MRP and MPS
Generate supply plans and production orders automatically based on actual sales demand and forecasted inventory levels.
Accurate standard costing
Roll up material, capacity, and subcontractor costs into precise standard costs with variance analysis baked right in.
Real-time routing visibility
Track exactly where a production order is on the floor, who is working on it, and what materials have been consumed.
Frequently asked
How long does an implementation take?+
Typical go-live is 8–16 weeks depending on scope, integrations, and data complexity. We commit to a firm date in the proposal and deliver to a fixed scope.
Do you resell Microsoft licenses?+
Yes. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we license Business Central and Microsoft 365 directly. License sizing is part of every implementation engagement.
Do you work remotely?+
Yes — we deliver remotely across the US and Canada. On-site visits are available for go-live or key milestones if needed.
What about ongoing support after go-live?+
Every implementation includes 30 days of hypercare. After that, ongoing support is available on a monthly retainer with SLAs and a senior delivery team.
