How it works

    Start a review

    Open ShowMe from the Chrome toolbar on a Business Central page and start a review. It notes the page and the field you are on.

    Capture and draw

    Capture the page or an area, then draw on it: numbered boxes with their own note, arrows, highlights, and blur for anything private.

    Paste the error

    Paste the output of Copy details from a Business Central error, and ShowMe picks out the message and the IDs support asks for.

    Finish and share

    Every note becomes one report you can still edit. Export it, copy it, email it, or file it to your tracker.

Frequently asked questions

What is ShowMe?

A free Chrome extension from Bitta Apps that turns a Business Central problem into a report support can reproduce: the page and field, your drawings and notes, and the error details, in one report.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

ShowMe is free on the Chrome Web Store. There is no account and no sign-up.

Where are my reviews stored?

On your computer. A review stays there until you export, copy, email or file it. ShowMe has no server, no analytics and no tracking. The ShowMe privacy policy is at bittaapps.com/showme/privacy.

Does it hide private data for me?

Use Blur on anything private before you capture. Secret fields are saved as [hidden], but ShowMe cannot spot every private detail and video is not blurred, so review a report before you share it.

Which trackers can it file to?

Azure DevOps, Jira and monday.com. Before anything is created, ShowMe shows a preview of exactly what will be sent.

Which browsers does it support?

Google Chrome 116 or later.
