- 01Close a periodHow a commission period is closed: the period pipeline, interval closes for bonuses and draws, close gates with evidence-bound sign-off, and approved reopening.
- 02Settle commissionSettle commission for payout: set up pay groups with frequency and payment limits, select eligible balances to a cutoff, approve and freeze, then pay.
- 03Payroll-ready exportSend commission to payroll as a CSV file from a frozen settlement, import the payroll acknowledgement and resend rejected lines. File-based, no connector.
- 04Pay through PayablesPay agents and brokers commission as vendors: create one purchase invoice per settlement line and post it through standard Business Central Payables posting.
- 05Commission accrualsPost commission accruals to the G/L: set accounting policies and account mappings, then approve and post balanced proposals through standard journals.
- 06G/L reconciliationReconcile commission to the general ledger line by line, give every difference a reason, and sign off only when the evidence is unchanged and nothing differs.
- 07Earnings statementsGenerate commission statements from frozen settlements, route them through approval, make them available to reps in Business Central, then print and archive.
- 08Commission disputesLet reps dispute a commission statement line, review and resolve each case with an owner and due date, and hold only the disputed amount from payment.
- 09Commission clawbacksRecover commission clawbacks that exceed what a rep is still owed: recover from later settlements within limits, write off, or hold the debt for review.
