- Your starting point: the accounting or ERP system, company structure, users, and the workflows causing friction.
- The outcome you need: a move to Business Central, a stalled implementation, an integration, AL development, or ongoing support.
- Scope and constraints: the timeline, data migration, extensions, connected systems, and the people involved in a decision.
- A practical next step: a scoped proposal, a paid assessment where more investigation is needed, or a clear explanation if we are not the right fit.
A useful starting point for two kinds of teams
If you are choosing your first ERP or moving from QuickBooks, NAV, GP, or another system, bring the processes your current setup cannot handle. We can discuss implementation and migration scope without expecting you to arrive with a finished requirements document.
If you already run Business Central, bring one concrete example of a support issue, reporting gap, extension, or integration you want to improve. For a review of an existing environment with a written summary, choose the free BC Environment Snapshot instead. The Snapshot has a defined review scope and limited availability. A discovery call is a scoping conversation; it does not include a technical audit or implementation work.
No preparation deck or system access is required for discovery. A short description of your priorities is enough. Any paid work is scoped and agreed separately; you can review our engagements and pricing before the call.
